What makes La Casa Verda different?
After watching it grow over the years, we reached one conclusion: what makes La Casa Verda different is not just one thing. I don’t even think it’s its architecture. Or its plants. Or the way it makes use of natural resources. All of those contribute. But there is another difference—one that is much harder to describe.
When people look at a house, they almost always ask the same questions: Do I like it? How much is it worth? Who lives there? With La Casa Verda, something different happens. The first question is usually another one:
What am I looking at?
Our brains naturally try to relate it to something familiar. But when they struggle to find a reference, new questions begin to emerge: Is it a house? Can someone really live surrounded by so many plants? Why does it have those shapes? Do I like it?
We believe that this is the true difference of La Casa Verda.
It doesn’t try to impress.
It sparks curiosity.
