What makes La Casa Verda different?
After watching it grow over the years, we’ve come to a conclusion: what makes La Casa Verda different isn’t just one thing. We don’t even think it’s the architecture. Or the plants. Or the way it makes use of natural resources. All of these things play a part. But there’s another difference that’s much harder to describe.
When we look at a house, we almost always ask the same questions: Do I like it? How much is it worth? Who lives there? With La Casa Verda, something different happens. The first question is usually:
What am I looking at?
Our brains try to connect what we’re seeing to something familiar, but struggle to find a point of reference. And that’s when the questions start coming: Is it a house? Can you really live surrounded by so many plants? Why does it have those shapes? Do I like it?…
We believe that’s what truly sets La Casa Verda apart.
It doesn’t try to impress.
It sparks curiosity.
